Victor Livingston is President of Lumos Electric. For the past 12+ years he has been responsible and involved in every facet of the electrical industry. His hands on approach and decade+ of in-field experience allows him to truly understand the processes and quality work required from project inception to completion. In his position as President, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, the pursuit of new project opportunities and financing activities. He has a distinct ability to drive exponential value with a customer first business ideology and a tailored approach to anything a customer and/or project may require.

Jeffrey Burdier is Executive Vice President of Lumos Electric. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, he has been involved with procuring, designing, and managing over $100 Million of Electric work. With his background in providing Value Engineered design-build installations, he helps clients with cost saving options during the pre-construction phase to cut waste and ensure clients meet budgets while maintaining the original design intent. He is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day development process for each project and daily operations to ensure successful results for the company and our clients.

Rencil Francis is the Vice President and Director of Engineering with more than 17 years of design and management experience in high rise construction. His project experience encompasses a broad range of building types and sectors. He has extensive knowledge of codes and standards with an emphasis in Value Engineering.
