Open Positions:

Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard CAD software for electrical design and documentation.

 

  • Practical experience with electrical design and analysis tools such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, MATLAB, or PSpice.

 

  • Solid understanding of power distribution systems, interior and exterior lighting design, grounding and bonding, and motor controls.

 

  • Strong working knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and IEC.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to apply electrical safety standards in both design and field settings.

 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with project managers, field teams, and other engineering disciplines.

 

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, systems design, or integration on commercial, high-rise residential, or infrastructure projects.

 

  • Experience in construction administration, field surveys, and coordination with contractors is highly desirable.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • PE license preferred or currently in progress.

Field Electrician

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems, commercial wiring methods, and OSHA-compliant safety practices.

 

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, conduit benders, and electrical testing instruments.

 

  • Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

 

  • Strong familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local building codes.

 

  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

  • Capable of troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining electrical systems in fast-paced construction environments.

 

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial, high-rise, or industrial electrical installations.

 

  • Experience in conduit layout, panel wiring, and field coordination with other trades preferred.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SST 40 certification at a minimum.

Electrical Foreman

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage field crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity on active job sites.

 

  • Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), job site safety standards, and best practices for high-rise and commercial electrical installations.

 

  • Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, electrical blueprints, and project specifications.

 

  • Skilled in coordinating material orders, deliveries, equipment needs, inspections, and construction schedules.

 

  • Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between field personnel, project managers, general contractors, and other trades.

 

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field and adapt to evolving site conditions while maintaining quality and code compliance.

 

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of electrical field experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role on commercial or high-rise projects.

 

  • Prior experience overseeing crews, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of work is essential.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SST 62 certification at a minimum.

Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance.

 

  • Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam; familiarity with estimating and scheduling tools is a plus.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, change orders, and subcontractor performance.

 

  • Skilled in coordinating with general contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and resolve issues efficiently.

 

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

 

  • Ability to interpret and manage construction drawings, technical specifications, submittals, and contract documents.

 

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in commercial, high-rise, or infrastructure environments.

 

  • Field experience as an electrician or foreman is highly valued and considered an asset in managing site operations effectively.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required.

Service Technician

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostic tools.

 

  • Skilled in identifying, repairing, and maintaining electrical components in commercial and high-rise residential settings.

 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.

 

  • Familiar with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local code requirements, and safety best practices.

 

  • Comfortable working independently in the field, communicating with customers, and documenting service reports.

 

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, multimeters, circuit testers, and other diagnostic equipment.

 

  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.

 

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical service, maintenance, or repair work.

 

  • Background in troubleshooting lighting systems, power distribution, control panels, and emergency systems preferred.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-issued).

 

  • SST 40 certification at a minimum.

 

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Purchasing Agent

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of electrical materials, tools, and equipment commonly used in commercial and high-rise projects.

 

  • Experience sourcing from distributors, negotiating pricing, and managing vendor relationships.

 

  • Skilled in preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory systems.

 

  • Ability to coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to forecast and fulfill material needs.

 

  • Familiarity with construction scheduling and how procurement impacts project timelines.

 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/inventory software (e.g., Procore, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the electrical, construction, or MEP trades.

 

  • Prior field or warehouse experience in electrical contracting is a plus.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SST 40 certification preferred.

 

  • Valid driver’s license required for occasional vendor or job site visits.

Electrical Drafter

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical drafting software used for creating construction documents and shop drawings.

 

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, symbols, and schematics for commercial and high-rise building projects.

 

  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to produce coordinated electrical layouts.

 

  • Familiarity with NEC and local code requirements as they relate to layout and design.

 

  • Capable of preparing detailed conduit layouts, lighting plans, power distribution drawings, panel schedules, and as-built documentation.

 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple drafting packages under tight deadlines.

 

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field personnel.

 

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of drafting experience in the electrical or MEP trades, preferably in commercial or infrastructure projects.

 

  • Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and working in multi-discipline environments is a plus.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Autodesk Certification (AutoCAD or Revit) preferred but not required.

 

  • SST 40 certification preferred.

Electrical Estimator

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC code requirements, with the ability to accurately quantify labor and material for commercial and high-rise projects.

 

  • Proficient in takeoff and estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.

 

  • Proficient in software’s such as building connected, Procore, or similar platforms.

 

  • Skilled in reviewing construction documents, specifications, and addenda to develop detailed and competitive bid proposals.

 

  • Experience in value engineering, identifying cost-saving alternatives, and preparing RFI and scope clarifications.

 

  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and integrate scope across trades.

 

  • Highly organized and deadline-driven with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present pricing breakdowns and negotiate with vendors and GCs.

 

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably with projects ranging from mid-size commercial jobs to multimillion-dollar infrastructure or high-rise work.

 

  • Prior field experience or project management background is a strong plus.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SST 40 certification preferred.

 

  • Relevant certifications in estimating software (e.g., Trimble/Accubid) are a plus.

Apprentice Electrician

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and job site safety protocols.

 

  • Ability to assist Journeyman and Foreman Electricians with installations, material handling, and layout.

 

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions related to conduit bending, wire pulling, device installation, and equipment setup.

 

  • Ability to read simple blueprints, diagrams, and construction drawings with guidance.

 

  • Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working in a variety of construction environments.

 

  • Safety-conscious, dependable, and eager to develop skills in the electrical trade.

 

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.

 

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in electrical work or general construction.

 

  • Enrollment in a certified electrical trade school preferred but not required.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • SST 40 certification at a minimum.

 

  • Valid driver’s license preferred.

Safety Manager

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA 70E, and general construction safety practices, especially as they apply to electrical contracting.

 

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and enforce company-wide safety programs, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and site-specific safety plans.

 

  • Skilled in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and toolbox talks.

 

  • Familiarity with safety documentation, training logs, compliance reporting, and coordination with insurance and regulatory bodies.

 

  • Ability to train field staff on lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE, fall protection, confined space, and electrical hazard recognition.

 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and accountability with both field and office personnel.

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, safety management software, and digital reporting tools.

 

Experience:

  • 4–7 years of experience in a safety management role within the construction or electrical industry.

 

  • Prior field experience or hands-on electrical background is highly valued.

 

Licenses/Certifications:

  • OSHA 62 required.

 

  • CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) strongly preferred.

 

  • Certified Site Safety Manager certification.

 

  • First Aid/CPR certification required.

 

  • Valid driver’s license for site travel.
